• Made-to-order: Each item is custom-produced after the order is placed.
• Manufacturing Time: Typically 1–5 business days (Mon–Fri). Processing may extend beyond a week during peak seasons. Some best-selling designs may ship faster if pre-printed.
• Expedited Manufacturing: Moves your order to the front of the production queue. If you need your order by a specific date (birthdays, holidays), we recommend choosing Expedited.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by holidays, peak seasons, or unexpected delays.
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Events such as COVID-19 or high seasonal demand may delay production or shipping by an additional week or more.

Return & Replacement Policy

Because our products are produced on demand (printed or embroidered specifically for your order), we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size or color.

Please make sure to review the size chart and color options before placing your order.

We only offer replacements for the following issues:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong size, color, or design compared to your original order

Resolution: We will send a replacement item at no extra cost. You do not need to return the original item.

When Should You Contact Us?

Please email [email protected] if any of the following apply:

1. Your order is delayed
   Your package has exceeded the estimated delivery window without explanation (no holiday notice, no shipping delay updates, etc.).
2. You want to cancel or change your order
   This is only possible if your order has not been marked as “Shipped.”
3. There is an error in your shipping address
   We can update the address only before the order is processed and shipped.
4. Your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
   We will replace it promptly and free of charge.

Important Reminder

Adjustments or cancellations can only be made before your order reaches the “Shipped” status. Once it has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
